1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products (food, consumables, and perishable items), we do not accept returns or refunds for products once they are delivered, except under the following conditions:

    • The product delivered is damaged.

    • The product delivered is incorrect (different from what you ordered).

    • The product is defective or expired at the time of delivery.


2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or consumed are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase will not be accepted.

  • Refunds are not applicable for change of mind after purchase.


3. Refund Process

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.
